The Junior Enterprise concept is based on non profit organisations whose aim is to bridge the gap between theory and practice for students that follow higher education studies. In order to achieve this, the students carry out projects for companies and institutions. The activities of a Junior Enterprise aim at professionalism in projects and organisation. This is done through high quality regarding project performance, project management and management of the Junior Enterprise.

You are going to study abroad and want to continue working in a Junior Enterprise? No problem, use the JADE Europe Exchange Program to get in touch with a local Junior Enterprise, meet the people there and work on projects. See how other Junior Enterprises work and find out what you can learn from each other. There is no better way of learning a language than speaking it with native speakers.
